1. LED product quality assurance
Yuhong Lighting promises to carry out strict quality management system control on the design and development, manufacturing, inspection, packaging, debugging and other aspects of the LED lighting equipment provided in accordance with the management system.
2. Ensure LED lighting design effect and product application
Actively provide lighting design and technical support in the early stage of LED lighting projects, including cooperation with lighting design consultants and lighting design projects of design institutes, and provide relevant lighting design and technical consultation to ensure the rationality of the entire lighting design effect and product application.
3. LED project system installation and commissioning and project acceptance
Yuhong Lighting will provide the following services for the LED lamps and systems selected by customers: assist in the installation and commissioning of the project system, technical guidance and project acceptance, etc., and provide relevant technical training according to customer requirements to ensure the realization of the entire lighting design effect.
4. Tracking and maintenance of completed projects
After the project is completed, during the product maintenance and warranty period, the project manager will track the product maintenance and warranty status. After receiving customer complaints, the maintenance work is divided into three levels according to the project situation:
The engineers of local offices provide telephone technical support and primary maintenance for the project;
After a serious problem occurs in the project, the project system department first provides telephone technical support to the dealer (owner), and guides the dealer (owner) to maintain;
If it still cannot be solved, the project engineer will be arranged to repair the project.
5. Warranty period and after-sales service
To ensure that the provided LED lighting equipment is properly installed, used and maintained, the warranty period of Yuhong Lighting's related products will be clearly stipulated in the contract. During the warranty period, if the lamps are damaged due to LED lighting equipment or material quality factors, Yuhong Lighting is responsible for free product maintenance or product replacement for the damaged lamps and components, and the engineering contractor provides on-site installation and disassembly services and additional spare parts.
If the quality is damaged outside the warranty period or due to improper use by the customer, the provisions of the preceding paragraph do not apply, but Yuhong Lighting is responsible for assisting in the solution, the product is maintained for life, and the material cost is appropriately charged.
